Shipping policy

Free local deliveries within 10 km of our location are available only in Toronto, Canada. Please see the full details below. Additional shipping fees are charged for other areas across Canada and the US outside this free zone.

Certain restrictions apply, such as when priority overnight delivery isn't possible, including NWT, Northern Ontario, some islands, or very remote locations.

Shipping/Delivery rates:

  • Toronto Area (within 30 kms of our location) = $10-$15
  • GTA Delivery (41-70km) = $15 - $20
  • Outer GTA Delivery (71-100km) = $20 - $25
  • Southern Ontario Shipping = $20
  • Rest of Ontario = $20 - $45 (depending on remoteness of location)
  • Quebec =  $25
  • Rest of Canada = $40
  • OUTSIDE OF CANADA:
    • Local Albuquerque Delivery (within 10 miles)  = $5 
    • USA: TOOLKIT ONLY:  $15 Flat fee for US toolkit shipments, delivers within 7-10 business days
    • USA: FULL KITS (Private Class 15+ guests, Booking through a sales rep, not online).   Shipping Costs range from $25 - $50 USD.  Shipping of full kits are made via UPS Priority Overnight shipping. *** See disclaimer note below.***
    • WORLDWIDE: GIFT SHOP ITEMS: Estimated Shipping for any GIFT SHOP ITEMS will be notified during the checkout process.

CANADA:

Kits within the Free Local Delivery Zone (and within our Extended Local Delivery zone of Southern Ontario*) will be delivered on the day of a live class, or on the date selected during checkout process for pre-recorded classes, whichever applies.  

 

The Extended Local Delivery Zone of Southern Ontario is up to a 200 km radius of our Toronto location.  We will do our best to make deliveries within this zone on the same day of a live class.  We cannot guarantee same day of live class delivery within this zone, as it is subject to our availability of our local couriers and/or drivers, and based on an overall volume of orders.  Contact sushi@rollthisway.com if you are unsure which zone you fall into.

For kits being shipped outside of the Extended Delivery Zone, we will use a next day expedited shipping carrier service.  The kit will be shipped in order to arrive the day PRIOR to a live class.  Rice will need to be cooked prior to class for all kits being shipped.  For live classes, the expiry date of the product is the day of the live class.  For Pre-Recorded Class kits, the expiry date of the product will be as marked on the kit itself.

This disclaimer applies to any items shipped, worldwide.  Roll This Way cannot be held responsible for kits that are shipped via a third party service.   Once Roll This Way releases a kit to to a third party shipping carrier, it cannot be held responsible for the timeliness of the arrival of the kit, nor for any damage, loss, or theft that may be done to the kit while it is in transit.   No refunds will be given for kits that are lost, damaged, stolen, or that arrive late, for any reason, after they have been given to the third party carrier for shipping.  If a live class is missed due to any of the above reasons, Roll This Way will do their best to reschedule the shipment of a new kit, at the recipient's expense, as soon as possible.

All local currencies are applied.  All local taxes are in addition to shipping / delivery costs.
